1. Digital Products and Online Courses
Due to the nature of digital products and online courses, we have the following return policy:
- You have the right to cancel your purchase of an online course within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with Danish consumer protection laws.
- If you have accessed or downloaded any course content during this period, you will be entitled to a partial refund, with a deduction for the value of the content accessed.
- After the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds are provided at our discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund for digital products or online courses:

- Include your order number and the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
3. Live Workshops and Events
For live workshops and events, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Full refund
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund
You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost if you are unable to attend.
4. Design Consultations
For personalized design consultations:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation: No refund
- You may reschedule a consultation once at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Payment Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. If you have a unique situation, please contact our customer service team.
7. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Danish and EU law.
